DR Lyubica Knezevich
Founder & Chief Artist
Dr. Lyubica is a distinguished ceramic artist, holding a Ph.D. in applied arts with a specialization in ceramic sculpture and techniques. Her journey in ceramics took her to the Development Division of the Institute of Ceramics and Design, Tajimi, Japan, where she honed her skills with a prestigious Bunka-cho scholarship.
With a membership in the esteemed International Academy of Ceramics (IAC-AIC), Dr. Lyubica has showcased her masterpieces at prominent exhibitions worldwide, including Australia, Italy, Spain, Japan, and more. Recognized for her outstanding contributions, she was elected as an Associate Professor in 2020.
Her commitment to pushing the boundaries of contemporary ceramics has earned her numerous accolades and acknowledgments. Dr. Lyubica's artistic vision comes to life in the exquisite creations of Mikaso Tamago, reflecting a perfect blend of heritage and modernity.
Nikola Knezevic

Nikola is a product designer. He specializes in the research and development of advanced and innovative ideas and concepts in industrial design. He is best known for electronics, furniture, lighting, consumer products, objects from glass and ceramics...and is particularly associated with manufacturers Korato, Nikola Design & Technology, Buck but he also worked for Hewlett- Packard, Sony, Toshiba, Polaroid, B&W. He first came to public view in 1997 as the creator of the “Track lamp,” made of flexible wires. The Track lamp was exhibited in Osaka’s Koizumi Exhibition. Many of his designs were awarded at most influential design competitions such as Braun Design Competition Frankfurt, Germany, (Solar lap top) LG Electronics Design Competition Seoul, Korea (Pacer – sound making suit), IF Design, Hanover,(Solar street lamp) ID Annual Design Competition, New York (Solar street concept) as well as at Japan Design Competition, Osaka (Solar street concept). In several occasions Nikola Knezevic spent time in Japan studying and training in design discipline and working on various projects related to electronics, furniture, lighting equipment and art concepts.
Recently Nikola was selected into best 100 designers of today by TASCHEN design editors Peter and Charlotte Fiell and several of his designs are printed in their latest book on industrial design called Design Now! His works are also published in Ecodesign by Silvia Barbero and Brunella Cozzo (publisher h.f. Ullmann), Panorama Design 2009/2010 by APCI/Arhibooks, CRAZY TECH Olo Editions. Nikola Knezevic was selected as one of 40 best European designers under 40 by the The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies for the year 2010.
Naho Yamashita

Naho graduated from Kyoto City Dohda Senior High School of Art, Ceramic Art, and received a Bachelor of Craft and Industrial Design from Okayama Prefectural University; since 1998 she has been working at the Ishoken(Tajimi City Pottery Design and Technical Center), Gifu Prefecture, Japan. She explores plaster molding and slip casting techniques from both art and design perspectives. At Ishoken, she is involved in ceramic design education, and design support for the ceramics industry, along with facilitating international exchange projects through the ceramic society. In 2016, she established a select course for international students to promote international exchange among young ceramic artists. She produces functional ceramicware for daily use as well as art works. She participates in exhibitions and symposiums in South Korea, China, Serbia and other countries; in 2011, she won the Bronze Prize in the Design Category at the International Ceramics Festival MINO (Japan) for a project in collaboration with a local manufacturer; in 2022, she won the Excellence Award at the International Coffee Cup Competition (Taiwan); She is a member of the Japan Ceramics Design Association, International Ceramics Festival Mino Competition Subcommittee, and a member of IAC (~2021)

Dr. Oliveti is a distinguished professional with a Ph.D. in Interactive Design, specializing in graphic design with a focus on publication and web design. As an Associate Professor, Oliveti brings a wealth of academic expertise to the field. With a passion for promoting a love for book design, Oliveti actively participates in numerous exhibitions both nationally and internationally.
Oliveti is not only a dedicated educator but also an accomplished graphic designer. Her workshops for children aim to cultivate a deep appreciation for the art of book design, while workshops for adults continue to inspire creativity and passion within the community.
